The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own and enforce BLK BOX’s visual identity across all channels and markets — both digital and print. This is a hands-on lead role: you’ll design and produce key assets, set art direction, and manage a tight creator pipeline while keeping our brand system sharp, accessible, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Own: BLK BOX’s visual identity across channels and markets; apply consistently in digital and print.
  • Design: Campaign visuals, social assets, web assets, sales decks, email, event, and sales collateral.
  • Partner: Work with the Head of Marketing to design campaigns aligned with strategy, calendar, and channel plans.
  • Manage: Brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits.
  • Build: A creative pipeline of external creators (freelancers, photographers, agencies) to support brand and content growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • 3+ years in brand or marketing design (in-house brand or brand-led agency) with a portfolio showing brand leadership and campaign work.
  • Strong Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma skills.
  • Proven shoot direction and print production experience (shot lists, colour profiles, materials, finishes).
  • Track record of running a multi-stakeholder creative pipeline to deadline with clear quality control.
  • Clear communicator who can present, take feedback, and move fast without compromising standards.
  • Highly organised, ownership-led, and comfortable switching between strategic alignment and hands-on creation.

Bonus If You Also Have…

  • E-commerce and Email familiarity (Shopify, Klaviyo or similar).
  • Motion/video capability (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Experience building regional variants and localisation toolkits.
