Responsibilities - Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Customer Focused: Responding to customer complaints

· Teamwork: Escalating problems to the product team or other members of the operations team

· Organisation: Updating customer information in the company database

· Product Knowledge: Providing information about new and existing products and services

· Sales Admin: Tracking and processing new orders and refunds

· Inbound Sales: Making sales and processing payments, when necessary


The Ideal Candidate - You'd be the perfect fit if you possess:

· Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role.

· Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills
