The Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities across multiple platforms — qualifying leads and converting them into successful sales.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Engage with leads via phone, email and other platforms to qualify and identify opportunities.
  • Hand Off: Pass qualified leads to BDEs and BDMs with clear enquiry details.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert conversations into sales by clearly communicating product value.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and support company-wide revenue goals.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process new customer orders.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all BLK BOX products and solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, sales activity and follow-ups.

  • Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Customer-Centric: Dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Expert Advisor: Ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations on gym equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Persuasive: Skilled in negotiation and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Relationship Builder: Able to establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Organised: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Interest in fitness equipment and industry trends.
