Inbound Sales Rep

The Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities across multiple platforms — qualifying leads and converting them into successful sales.
Responsibilities
- Customer Focused: Engage with leads via phone, email and other platforms to qualify and identify opportunities.
- Hand Off: Pass qualified leads to BDEs and BDMs with clear enquiry details.
- Sales Conversion: Convert conversations into sales by clearly communicating product value.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and support company-wide revenue goals.
- Order Processing: Accurately process new customer orders.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all BLK BOX products and solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, sales activity and follow-ups.

- Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

- Expert Advisor: Ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations on gym equipment.
