Install Engineer - NI

The Role
As an Install Engineer at BLK BOX, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of gym equipment, flooring, and custom training solutions across a variety of client locations. You'll work closely with our projects and operations teams to deliver high-standard installations that reflect the quality and reputation of the BLK BOX brand.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installations of BLK BOX gym equipment and flooring on-site.
- Follow technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate and efficient installs.
- Ensure all installations meet BLK BOX quality and safety standards.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on client sites.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order.
- Complete all required documentation and site reports.
- Work both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Travel to client sites with occasional overnight stays required.
- Work overtime when necessary to complete projects to deadline.
The Ideal Candidate
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience in construction, installations, or a similar hands-on role.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- CSCS card or similar site qualification is desirable.

Location: NI (Travel required, Company Van provided)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) + Overtime
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
