This role will be the lynchpin to the success of Key Accounts Department. Ensuring that BLK BOX not only uphold & deliver upon contract SLA’s, but to strengthen and develop lasting relationships with our key clients. Working closely alongside the Key Accounts Manager, this role will facilitate the administration & support required for BLK BOX to successfully deliver end-to-end projects for our clients across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities - Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting our Key Accounts team to ensure best in class levels of service and project delivery for our contracted partners.
  • project such as CRM upkeep, document creation and order processing.
  • weekly pipeline calls and meetings.
  • status updates to key stakeholders tracking the progress of each project.
  • an expert in BLK BOX product and services in order to anticipate account needs.
  • assigned tickets including product queries, warranty claims & order amendments.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with our key account partners

The Ideal Candidate - You'd be the perfect fit if you are/have:

  • Previous Experience: Similar experience working in an administrative and/or sales- oriented support role.
  • Decision-Maker: The ability to work independently, make timely decisions, processing several different inputs and ensuring the department and company is set up for success.
  • Trouble Shooter: Good problem-solving skills and self-motivated with solution orientated approach.
  • Adaptable: Adaptability to both work strategically & tactically, based on real-time events and data.
  • Communication: Great communication skills and a customer centric approach to problem solving.
  • Process-Oriented: A process-driven approach with strong planning skills.
  • Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team, with an appreciation of the roles and needs of other teams within the company.

  • Resilience: A positive approach, and a ‘can-do’ attitude to handle problems as and when they arise.
  • Excel Proficiency: Great IT skills with demonstratable experience of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel with knowledge to an advanced level, with the ability and experience in creating your own range of formulas to meet a requested output.
  • Fitness Passion: A passion for the fitness industry and the success of BLK BOX.
Desirable Skills/Experiences
  • A proven track record of planning and delivery a range of projects from brief through to delivery.
