Glute Ham (GHD)
This is the ultimate piece of equipment for training the posterior chain, whilst the modest size makes it appealing even when space is of a premium. The rolling mechanism allows for more wear and tear as it is not stationary or fixed, as well as a smooth transition between exercises. The kneeling pad also allows for a correct set up at the beginning and end of each rep.
