Overview

The BLK BOX Rower is a robust, high-performance machine designed to be used for full-body workouts. Made with the needs of athletes in mind, it’s suitable for endurance training, recovery sessions, and high-intensity sprints.

With a one-size-fits-all construction, the rowing machine can be adjusted to suit all fitness fanatics. It has ergonomic handles, 2 handlebar holders and strap-secured footrests. An aluminium rail and stainless-steel track prevent sudden starts and stops for a smoother user experience. For even more responsiveness with every stroke, the flywheel is fitted with a damper and nickel-plated chain driver.

To adjust the rower’s resistance, simply move the flywheel’s lever that acts like the gears on a bike by controlling how much air enters the mechanism. Choose from 9 clearly labelled resistance levels to suit your needs. Because the rower is low impact, it can also be used by athletes recovering from an injury.

The BLK BOX Rower features a mobile device mount above the console, enabling users to follow online training programmes more easily. In addition to this, a backlit screen displays a wide range of feedback and programmes. These include:

Feedback: Strokes/Min, Pulse, Time, Watts, Calories/Hr, Time/500m, Time Average, Distance, Watt Average.

Programs: Quick Start, Distance, Time, Calories, Game, Intervals (20/10s, 10/20s, 10/10s).

Easy to move and reposition, the rowing machine is equipped with wheels and can be turned on its side for more convenient storage. When your package arrives, it will contain all the tools and fasteners you need to set up your new piece of equipment. An installation guide and user manual will also be provided. Please note: 2 C-Cell batteries are required for the console.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

RETURNS
