Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, your primary mission is to elevate BLK BOX's brand presence and drive growth. Your core responsibilities include:

• Creating a comprehensive marketing plan and executing it throughout the year.

• Setting clear KPIs and utilising data for informed decision-making.

• Leading marketing campaigns and initiatives to grow our audience.

• Managing budgets and supporting business planning alongside dept managers.

• Ensuring consistent brand messaging & tone of voice across channels and audiences.

• Representing BLK BOX at industry events, building partnerships, and engaging with our clients.

• Overseeing PR strategies, agencies, and teams.

• Delivering BLK BOX owned events which showcase our products and services.

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost growth, brand recognition, and strategic initiatives.

• Developing innovative partnership proposals and ideation.


You're a Great Fit if You:

• Bring 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience to the table.

• Have a track record of successful brand development, along with technical skills in marketing automation (Klayvio, Meta Business Suite), data analytics (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio), and graphic design (Adobe CS, Canva).

• Excel at collaborating with teams and agencies to achieve outstanding results.

• Are known for your creative flair and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Have experience supporting digital & offline sales channels.

• Boast impressive project management skills and a grasp of financial data, KPIs, and reporting.

• Are an entrepreneurial thinker with a drive for success.

• Possess network or strong relationships in advertising, media, and PR.

• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, adapting your style to suit various contexts and audiences.
