Klarna is a payment service provider, from Sweden, who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 60 million consumers worldwide in over 70,000 online stores and are very safe to use.
If you have chosen to Pay After Delivery (with a 14 or 30 day grace period), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by BLK BOX . All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Neither Klarna nor BLK BOX run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.

After BLK BOX has sent your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, telling you when you need to pay by, it’s typically 14 or 30 days after the order is shipped. If you do not have your email to hand, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service here.
You can pay immediately with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay After Delivery payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via debit or credit card.
Although Pay After Delivery is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay After Delivery method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
If you pay by card, BLK BOX will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay After Delivery, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.
If you are close to your Pay After Delivery payment due date, you should also contact our Customer Service who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide Klarna with your IBAN number in order for Klarna to make the repayment. If you have not paid the invoice yet, then the refund will reduce the invoice or cancel it completely.

Once the store has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be closed.
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address
Clearpay offer simple instalment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four instalments, due every 2 weeks.
Simply choose Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by the merchant. At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Clearpay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

Clearpay does not approve 100% of orders. They are committed to ensuring that they support responsible spending.
When determining which orders to approve, they consider a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper with Clearpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.
Things to consider:
- Are there sufficient funds on your card (generally Clearpay looks to see the first instalment amount being available to spend)
- Length of time you have been using Clearpay (tighter in the first 6 weeks)
- Amount you have to repay, it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee)
- The value of the order you are trying to place, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)
- Adding a credit card may increase your spending power (not a guarantee)
- The number of orders you currently have 'open' with Clearpay (not a guarantee)
The good news is – you don’t need to register before your first Clearpay purchase!
When you make a purchase, simply choose Clearpay as your chosen payment method at the checkout. If you’re a first-time user then provide your payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once this first order is approved, your Clearpay account is created.
All you need to do now is visit www.clearpay.co.uk and set up your password. The next time you purchase with Clearpay, just log in securely when you checkout.

To sign up with Clearpay you need to:

• Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
• Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

• Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland)
• No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed
• No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed
You will pay the first payment at the time you make the purchase with Clearpay.
Clearpay are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. They are part of the Afterpay Touch Group, which is level 1 certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Clearpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Clearpay account to make your payment via a different method.
If you have not made the payment before the due date, and the automatic payment fails, you have until 11pm the following day to make payment.
After 11pm the following day, if that payment has not been made, you will incur a late payment fee of £6 and a further late fee of £6 if the payment is not made within 7 days (as stated in Clearpay's terms)

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of delivery, subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.
Our online application form is a fast and easy process. Once complete, your application will then be instantly sent to the finance company (V12 Finance) and they will get a response to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen as part of the application process and also by email, with a follow up email as soon as a decision is confirmed.
Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number in the event of further verification.
If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision if you wish.
Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that we'll automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest however, that you leave at least six months between applications.
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we're able only to deliver goods to the address provided by the applicant.

You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

With Klarna’s Pay After Delivery, you have either 14 or 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call the store to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment
