SCOPE OF WORK

• Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and Marketing Team to develop an online and offline content calendar.

• Ability to write informative, persuasive, and SEO-friendly product names, features, and descriptions.

• Ensures a luxury experience for website visitors, supported by accurate product content and product merchandising.

• Ongoing optimisation of products and categories.

• Working with our graphic designer to ensure product imagery is always up to date.

• Offer administrative support to ensure that day-to-day function requirements are adhered to.

• Proactively work with the Marketing Team to ensure the site always reflects company values and objectives.

• Support the Marketing team in development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns i.e. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing etc.

• Performance analysis with Google Analytics. Report on which categories and products are underperforming and explain why. Report on what countries/devices the company should be focusing on.

• Performance analysis with Google Ad-words. Provide the E-commerce Manager with information on what opportunities exist for new products and markets.

ATTRIBUTES

• A passion for E-commerce and knowledge of E-commerce best practices.

• Strong understanding of client fulfilment in an E-commerce.

• Experience in using Shopify.

• Experience with Google Analytics/AdWords/WebmasterTools/Merchant Centre.

An opportunity has arisen for a new Warehouse Operative to join the distribution team at BLK BOX. The reliance on an efficient and effective fulfilment centre is crucial to ensure we continue to deliver on our promises to our clients. SCOPE OF WORK

• Receiving goods into the warehouse, processing through warehouse management system and placing in designated locations.

• Order picking to include driving the forklift.

• Packing and wrapping orders for dispatch.

• Ensuring orders are wrapped appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

• Maintenance and replenishment of stock levels.

• Inspecting incoming shipments and carrying out quality checks.

• Using our stock management system to ensure all movements of stock into and out of the warehouse are recorded.

• Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy state.

• Occasional driving of company vehicles as and when required for collections and delivery.

ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum of 1 Year previous warehouse experience

• Experience in order picking and packing is essential.

• Valid Forklift License.

BLK BOX are on the hunt for a technically curious individual, with a willingness to learn. To be successful in this role you will be required to combine your knowledge in design and passion for fitness in order to bridge the gap between exercise and engineering. Whilst primarily a technical position, the role also requires leadership. You will be expected to take the lead in identifying project requirements, specifying and producing packages of work to a client facing standard.

SCOPE OF WORK  

• Produce 2D drawing packs and BOM’s for fabrication team.

• Create 3D models and assemblies.

• Create detailed design documentation.

• Produce final design specifications.

• Work cross functionally and proactively to ensure that new designs and design change is optimised for manufacturing.

• Work closely with the sales team to meet clients specific requirements and needs.

• Using the companies MRP system to create jobs.

We are looking for someone to join the Supply Chain Team as a Buyer to manage our Third Party and Indirect supplier portfolio. This role requires someone who is willing to learn and wants a fast-paced role with a hands-on approach. The successful candidate will need to be pro-active, organised, and an excellent communicator who serves as an information source when collaborating across multiple teams.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Ensure the inventory plan is followed and availability level targets are met.

• Effectively manage all purchasing and associated operational aspects of inventory management.

• Establish and build effective business relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders within the business.

• Lead the negotiation on contractual services (e.g., Utilities, Fuel Cards, PPE)

• Manage the execution of purchases for a portfolio of suppliers in accordance with the planning calendar.

• Track shipments of purchase orders and take necessary actions in case of unusual delay.

• Manage the data flow through each stage of a purchase order –confirmation, estimated ship date etc. Provide updates to changed delivery dates.

• Participate in initiatives to identify improvements and cost savings to the business.

• Track the indicators of dead/excess stock and take the necessary actions to reduce them: Returns, promotions, sales, disposal.

• Manage the processing of delivery issues from suppliers – short/over/wrong product/damaged etc.

• Maintain a high level of internal customer service, supporting customer services and other business functions when required.
