Overview

The Mobility Stick is a simple and flexible tool used to create tension, leverage, stability, and body awareness. The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed recovery.

They are designed for professional use in gyms, medical facilities, and on the sports field. They can be used outdoors, are 100% waterproof, and easy to clean

Some moves involve rotating the trunk in the transverse plane and pushing the arms in opposite directions to allow for optimal range of motion. Stretches and movements may also involve hanging, twisting, pushing, and pulling in opposing directions to reach maximal ranges. Stability work can be challenging for some people, so using two sticks allows for that added stability so that the body and the central nervous system can learn to adapt to the new stimulus.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

We recommend purchasing a bundle. The shorter sticks are great for wrist warm-ups and core exercises while the longer sticks allow for more deep stretching.
