Overview

The BLK BOX Tricep Rope Cable Attachment can massively expand the range of exercise available. Allowing the user to target not just the triceps, but also the abdominals, biceps, back, legs and shoulders. Possible exercises include, overhead tricep extensions, hammer curls, straight arm rope pulldowns, Romanian deadlifts and front raises, the product enables the user to keep constant tension on the muscle enabling enhanced muscle targeting.

The product is compatible with all major cable machines and attached with a carabiner (not included), meaning you can swap between exercises with ease. Designed for users of all sizes the grip is comfortable while maintain that secure feeling needed for isolation exercises.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery.
