Due to accelerated growth of our online store, an opportunity has arisen to join our Ecommerce team. As an Ecommerce Executive you will work with the Digital Manager and be a key contributor to the growth of website revenue and performance of our Ecommerce site. You will be sales and data driven and have the ability to increase online presence as well as the ability to provide an outstanding client experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Your main area of focus will be to manage the day-to-day tasks of our online store with the key objectives of increasing revenue through execution of an effective digital plan
- Working closely with marketing and product teams you will organise and deliver the day-to-day operational running of our website, taking direction from the Digital Manager to focus on the site priorities
- Work with various teams to provide your team and Manager with insights across online traffic channels, product performance and browsing behaviour
- Work closely with you manager to convert the data you have gathered into site action plans and strategy
- Assisting in launching new campaigns or promotions
- Ad hoc research of our competitor online activity where relevant
- Pro-active approach on pulling together ideas on to improve our loyalty program, website apps, third party partners, digital advertising and overall site performance

REQUIRED CRITERIA:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- CMS experience (preferably Shopify)
- Commercially minded with an ability to understand the effects and importance of imagery and product information to an ECommerce site
- Organised with proven ability to manage a variety of daily tasks in a time effective and methodical manner
- Strong sense of responsibility takes ownership of work with a proactive attitude
- Ambitious, driven and hard working
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically
- Positive energy, enthusiasm, and an interest in health & fitness (of any kind)
- Excellent attention to detail
DESIRED CRITERIA:
- A degree or equivalent marketing/digital qualification
- Able to work with a wide and varying range of e-commerce data
