JUNIOR SALES CONSULTANT

At BLK BOX our sales team are more than just sales people – they are trusted advisors. Our team is made up of experienced coaches, athletes, consultants and engineers who have been able to advise a wide range of clients across the world on how to design their gym facilities. We are deeply client centric and design every facility with a user-centred design methodology, assessing the needs and training philosophies for both our clients and their clientele. Our clients range from the independent gym owner who has a limited budget but requires maximum ROI, to the top S&C coaches in the world where we need to ensure they have the highest standard of training facilities for their elite athletes.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join this team and help create the most successful training facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

PURCHASING AND INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

At BLK BOX, one of our key strengths is having the shortest lead time in the industry. As the company continues to grow rapidly, there is an increased responsibility on our team to ensure we have sufficient inventory at HQ to not only continue to meet our lead times but to deliver above and beyond client expectations. Due to this, we’re seeking a proactive, bright and hardworking Purchasing & Inventory Executive to join our Accounts Team. You will be responsible for proactively and reactively pricing and purchasing a wide range of materials, products and packaging as well as maintaining and increasing our inventory levels in order to meet varying business demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

 Perform day-to-day procurement activities, including purchasing of manufacturing components, third party products and packaging as well as delivery follow up to ensure goods are delivered within time lead.

 Preparation and processing of purchase orders.

 Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times to facilitate production and fulfilment of orders.

 Prepare and issue weekly stock reports and escalate overstock/under-stock situations.

 Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand using historical and future sales data.

 Liaise and build relationships with key suppliers in order to receive timely and accurate information in regards to product availability. Liaise with suppliers on quotations, lead time and minimum quality standards. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.

 Prepare and maintain price lists.

 Manage our ERP and cloud-based inventory management system to ensure the most accurate supply information is always available to the company and the system is fully optimised.

 Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.

 Oversee continuous improvement opportunities related to all key supply chain drivers (reorder point, order quantities, etc).

 Communicate effectively with internal teams, particularly our warehouse and sales teams.

THE IDEAL PERSON

A degree in supply chain management, business or a relevant subject.

 Experience in procurement and inventory management preferably within a manufacturing environment. (Beneficial but not essential).

 Passionate about the fitness industry with knowledge of fitness equipment.

 Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence suppliers to manage long and immediate term supply planning to meet projected customer demands.

 Proficient in computer systems with experience of MRP/ERP system being an advantage.

 Commercial awareness and the ability to manage long term supply planning and influence decisions that result in excellent inventory availability.

 Excellent analytical, numerical and data analysis skills.

WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

BLK BOX are looking for dedicated and hardworking warehouse team members. Working within a busy warehouse department you will be responsible for accurately picking and assembling customer orders, efficiently packing orders for shipment and ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped on time.

You’ll be part of a friendly, professional and busy team which takes pride in delivering an amazing service, so it goes without saying you’ll be a great team player and have a great work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

 Order picking to include driving the forklift.

 Packing and wrapping orders for dispatch.

 Ensuring orders are wrapped appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

 Receiving goods into the warehouse.

 Maintenance and replenishment of stock levels.

 Inspecting incoming shipments and carrying out quality checks.

 Using our stock management system to ensure all movements of stock into and out of the warehouse are recorded.

 Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy state.

 Occasional driving of company vehicles as and when required for collections and delivery.

 The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Due to recent growth, we are looking for additional installation engineers to join our install team. You’ll be required to travel across the UK and Ireland to install, service and repair our premium gym equipment and flooring. Our install team have completed over 300 installs and have had the privilege of working with some amazing customers big and small including PureGym, Gymbox, LinkedIn, Google, Jamie Oliver, Arsenal, Everton FC, Dubai Military, CrossFit Abu Dhabi, Embody Fitness Dubai, Irish Defence Forces, Gymbox, Oxford University, Trinity College Dublin, UCD, Ulster Rugby, Leinster Rugby & Irish Rugby, 25 Intercounty GAA Teams and hundreds of independent gyms.

This role will be vital to the smooth running of our Install service to ensure that the right equipment is available for every project and that all installations are delivered on time with a high-quality standard finish. You’ll be part of a friendly, professional and busy team which takes pride in delivering an amazing service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

 Travel to customer sites to install, service or repair our equipment.

 To prepare and install flooring when required.

 To report any installation issues with jobs’ direct to the installation manager.

 To supervise and support any engineers or apprentices if required.

 To ensure jobs are completed to deadlines.

 To ensure installation work is completed to the required quality standard.

 To follow health and safety procedures for installations.

 Occasional driving of company vehicles as required.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Are you technically minded with a passion for fitness and would like to be part of our agile design team? We’re seeking a proactive, bright and hardworking Technical Engineer. You will be a key player within the Design Team responsible for product costing, raw material purchasing, quality control and manufacturing process improvement. You’ll be passionate about improving processes, diving into in-depth costing analysis, with high standards and a meticulous attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment. We are a rapidly expanding company, so you will be expected to show high levels of flexibility and adaptability in your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

 Product costing – Receive manufacturing requests for new products and modifications to existing products and create a product Bill of Materials with a detailed costing on our ERP system (by using and interpreting drawings, specifications and other data).

 Purchasing responsibilities - Source suppliers for raw materials, tools etc; create purchasing bills of materials; generate purchasing specifications; place account and pro-forma purchase orders; negotiate with suppliers, maintain price lists and supplier lists etc.

 Quality control - Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished product and process capabilities; establishing standards etc.

 Product Improvement - Responsibility to conduct investigations into process and product failures/complaints and develop and implement the associated process or product design changes for continuous improvement.

 Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labour, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

 Develops and evaluates manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; creating SOP’s and work instructions etc.

 Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests and resolves manufacturing issues.

 Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.

 Operation of the company’s ERP system.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Due to increased workload and growth within the company, BLK BOX require a Personal Assistant to join the team and provide administrative support to the Managing Director of the company. This position requires a candidate who is able to hit the ground running with a strong ‘can- do’ attitude and forward-thinking approach with expert organisation and co-ordination skills.

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Due to rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen for an E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be a key contributor to the growth of website revenue and performance of our ecommerce site. You will be sales driven and have the ability to increase online presence as well as the ability to provide an outstanding client experience. You will contribute to many exciting projects, ranging from new product introductions, optimisation of existing products and site merchandising activities, always with our client’s best interest at heart creating a positive and seamless online client journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

 Support all aspects of our online platform including driving sales, improving conversion rates, increasing basket size, improving shipping methods and encouraging repeat purchase.
