Covid-19 Status Update

Dear Friends,

As events have unfolded over the past few weeks across the world, it is clear that we are all facing an unprecedented challenge in combating COVID-19. 

Our retail store and showroom are currently closed and we are no longer allowing for collections. If you placed an order to collect please email us on team@blkboxfitness.com to arrange for your order to be delivered. 

We will be trying our best to meet our usual standards during these testing times and your patience and support is greatly appreciated. 

As a company transparency is important to us and we have done our best to answer some of the most popular questions below:

I’ve already ordered, when can I expect my kit?

Please be reassured if you have placed an order with us we are working to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped from BLK BOX HQ, you will receive a message from our courier with a tracking link. 
Please note there may be delays to dispatching equipment along with delays in the delivery networks. 

We are proud to design, engineer and fabricate our products right here in Belfast. That way we can assure a pinnacle standard of quality and satisfy our own demanding standards for our products. Our products are made to order to ensure it's made exactly how you want it, hence the slightly longer lead time. 

DISPATCH LEAD TIMES: 

Stock items: Within 3 - 5 working days
Manufactured items:
 25 - 30 working days (please ignore the lead times on the product pages)

CARRIER LEAD TIMES:
These lead times are only applicable when your item has left our HQ. 

  • Ireland: 2-5 days
  • United Kingdom: 2-7 days
  • Europe: 4-18 days
  • Australia: 10-21 days
  • USA: 10-21 days

We have introduced two different shifts in the morning and evening for our manufacturing workshop and warehouses to reduce staff numbers and ensure we adhere to the government guidelines on social distancing. You can still reach us via email but please note we are dealing with a high number of enquiries with a reduced team, therefore we aim to respond within 48 hours.

I no longer want my order, how do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email team@blkboxfitness.com with your order number and one of our team will assist you.

We do. We have updated our international shipping options which now allows you to generate a shipping rate and checkout online. If you can't find shipping destination, please contact us on team@blkboxfitness.com to get an accurate shipping quote.
