Today is National Stress Awareness Day. At BLK BOX we encourage our team to not only manage their physical health but their mental health also. We aim to be as physically active as possible; regularly starting the day with team workouts or morning stretches.

Aerobic exercise has been shown to decrease overall levels of tension, elevate and stabilise mood, improve sleep, and improve self-esteem. Even five minutes of aerobic exercise can stimulate anti-anxiety effects.
