JST Compete Programme (Competitive Programming for CrossFit Athletes)

We have teamed up with our partners JST to bring you free access to one month's coaching on the JST Compete programme when you spend over £100 online.

If you are ready to take your training to the next level and hit the competition floor, then the Compete programme is for you.

The clue’s in the title – this is competitive programming for preparing you to be in the best possible place ahead of your upcoming competition.

You’ll start with “intro week” recording those all-important benchmarks. From there, JST will personalise your training plan to make sure you’re left with total clarity on exactly what you need to do in each session. No calculations mid-set. Just turn up and follow your programme. You’ll also get access to nutritional advice from pH nutrition, tips, advice and updates sent directly to your phone and gain access to JST's “two-week peak” programme which ensures you’re fresh and as best prepared as you can be for the big day(s).

You can follow Compete programming for as long as you want, but if you’re not planning to compete soon, or have just come away from a comp and want to work on long term development of weaker areas, consider one of JST's “off-season” programmes.
