 Emma is a world-class athlete, with international merits in CrossFit, quad-racing and weightlifting, competing at the top of her game. When she competes, she demands more every time she steps on the competition floor and track. With true grit and determination, Games glory is there for the taking. Emma is a trusted voice with years of performance and S&C experience, providing honest feedback on our ranges as we continue to push the standard in creating exceptional products.

Emma, 28, from Newry started CrossFit as a way to keep fit during her quad racing career. She has quad raced since she was 6 years old and has competed at a professional level, winning the 2013 ATV National Championship in Nashville, Tennessee. Since then CrossFit has been her main sport of which has made it to the CrossFit Regionals 3 times, owning the title of ‘Fittest Female’ in Northern Ireland, 3 years in a row. This year on her road to the CrossFit Games, (dubbed the ‘World Cup’ of CrossFit,) she is ranked number one in the Europe Central Region. Competition is always tough and the games unpredictable, challenging the most gifted and dedicated athletes in the world, but this year she in the front running to make it to the finals in Madison, USA.
