BLK BOX Mindset Workout Week 2

Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

3 X 10-Minute AMRAPs

Round 1

  • Max cal Row
  • 10 sync DB Snatch
  • 10 sync Goblet Squats
  • 10 sync Burpees

Round 2

  • Max cal Ski
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Sandbag Cleans

Round 3

  • 30 cal Bike
  • Plank
  • Wall Sit

Notes

Workout Flow:

In the first two rounds, athletes 1 and 2 work on calories while athletes 3 and 4 complete the movements. Swap once all movements are complete, AMRAP.

In round three, athlete 1 completes the Plank, athlete 2 completes the Wall Sit, while athletes 3 and 4 complete 30 calories on the Bike. 1 and 2 swap with 3 and 4 after every 30 calories
