This position is a senior role within the marketing department. Responsible for setting and delivering all content and social strategy across our brand. This role will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for all editorial, video, and social content. The role includes the management of direct reports alongside leadership and development of the brands content strategy.

 

KPIs:

  • Strong social engagement and audience reach.
  • Content and social strategy development & execution.
  • Strong organic traffic to BLK BOX site from editorial, showcasing a financial return.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop an in-house social team ensuring a growth mindset culture.
  • Ensure a clear vision for our brand across content, community and social and execute against this.
  • Influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders to showcase the importance and financial value of the team’s output.
  • Be a champion and custodian of our brand, ensuring that we are seen both internally and externally as a leader amongst our competitors.
  • Ensure the customer is at the heart of everything that we do.
  • Grow our social engagement and therefore our audiences.
  • Drive an increase in organic traffic to our site through content, showcasing a financial return to the business.
  • Embody, Champion, and demonstrate the values of the BLK BOX brand.

Experience:

  • 3+years’ experience leading a social and editorial team.
  • Proven track record of developing teams and culture.
  • Strong content portfolio (relevant to health & fitness).
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts (through paid & organic content).
  • Strong understanding of social, particularly analytics and measurement.

 Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in relevant subject; English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media, Journalism, Business or other.
