The Details

The FLEXVIT Multi Band is designed to retrain functional movement by strengthening muscle chains and improving motor coordination, while remaining exceptionally gentle on the joints. Its high quality woven construction allows for a full range of motion across all extremities, making it suitable for rehabilitation, mobility work and performance training.

Lightweight and compact, the Multi Band takes up minimal storage space and can be used anywhere. It is fully washable and built for long term use. Multiple integrated loops increase exercise variety and allow quick adjustment for different body lengths and training needs. Like all FLEXVIT bands, it stands out for its premium feel and distinctive colours.
