The Senior Content Lead has day to day ownership of delivery on our social channels, ensuring that content created is cohesive with the strategy to grow the BLK BOX brand. This role reports into the Head of Content and Social.

 

KPIs:

  • Regular content stream delivered in line with the content plan.
  • Content delivered within agreed timescales.
  • Strong social engagement and as a result, audience growth.
  • Creating content that tangibly yields a financial benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create industry leading and award-winning social and editorial content.
  • Where necessary oversee and execute shoots to further bring our brand to life.
  • Be a champion and custodian of the BLK BOX brand.
  • Drive the creative content forward, taking inspiration from outside our category to ensure we remain an innovative and relevant brand.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and activations.
  • Ensure that we are creating strategic content with our target audiences in mind.
  • Explore ways to include content within digital marketing and/or CRM campaigns.
  • Seek out opportunities to create content that delivers financial benefit.

Experience:

  • 3+years’ experience of directing, setting-up and operating cameras and sound equipment.
  • Strong content portfolio (health and fitness related).
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts.
  • In depth understanding of both the theoretical and technical aspects of editing.
  • Strong understanding of social, particularly trends, analytics and measurement.

Qualifications:

3rd Level Qualification of 2:1 standard or above in film, or television-based degree.
(Desirable, but not essential).
