The ATHX 24 Hour Challenge: Community, Resilience, and Real Impact
The ATHX 24 Hour Challenge has officially wrapped, marking an extraordinary achievement for everyone involved. What started as a test of endurance quickly became something much bigger. It became a demonstration of purpose, teamwork, and the powerful role physical challenge can play in supporting mental health.

Over a full 24 hours, the NABS team pushed through every station, every rotation, and every moment of fatigue ATHX threw at them. Working in pairs, they maintained momentum through the night and into the final stretch, showing the level of discipline and mental toughness required to sustain performance across an entire day.
More Than Performance
While the physical achievement alone was remarkable, the impact extended far beyond the competition floor. The challenge was created to raise awareness and funds for NABS, the organisation supporting mental health and wellbeing across the media and advertising industry.
So far, the event has raised an incredible £27,706, with donations continuing to come in. Every contribution directly supports the confidential advice, support services, and wellbeing resources that NABS provides to professionals across the sector.
Events like this reinforce an important message. Movement is not just about performance or aesthetics. Physical activity plays a key role in managing stress, improving mood, and strengthening mental resilience. The 24 Hour Challenge showcased this connection in real time.
