Built to support high traffic training environments, the rack features dual squat and pull up stations, allowing multiple athletes to train simultaneously. This makes it ideal for facilities running structured strength programmes, group training sessions or performance based coaching.

Integrated within the system is the BLK BOX Smith Machine, manufactured from heavy duty materials to withstand demanding, high volume use. The Smith Machine supports a wide range of core strength movements including squats, bench presses and shoulder presses, providing controlled and consistent training options suitable for athletes of all experience levels.

The inclusion of the BLK BOX ISO Attachment allows for independent barbell movement, supporting iso lateral strength training. This enables athletes to develop unilateral strength, correct muscular imbalances and improve movement efficiency, making it a valuable tool for both performance development and rehabilitation based programming.
