BLK BOX Technique Plates are the definitive tool for mastering Olympic lifting mechanics without the burden of heavy loads.
Technique Weight Plates
Our technique plates are air-filled bumper plates made from hollow plastic, built for practicing and developing correct technique on traditional Olympic lifts. Because they're lighter than a standard bumper plate at the same diameter, they let lifters train movement patterns at competition height without the loading of a full-weight plate.
Our technique plates fit all our weightlifting bars, though if you're focusing specifically on improving your lifting technique, we'd recommend pairing them with our technique barbells for the full lightweight setup.
Browse our wider weight plates range once you're ready to progress from technique work to full-weight training.
