Weighted Vests & Plates

Our weight vests collection offers a range of options designed to increase the intensity of bodyweight and conditioning workouts. Made with durable materials and adjustable straps, these vests provide a secure fit across different body types, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Adding load to bodyweight movements like pull-ups, push-ups and lunges is a straightforward way to progress a session once standard bodyweight reps stop being challenging, without needing to switch to a completely different piece of equipment. Choose from a variety of weights and styles to find the right fit for your training goals.

Weight vests pair naturally with our bodyweight and gymnastics range, and with gym sleds and HIIT equipment for facilities using loaded carries and interval work as part of their conditioning programming.
