BLK BOX Mindset Workout Week 4

Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

Round 2

  • 60 cal Ski

  • 60 Wall Ball
  • Max distance Farmers Carry (in remaining time)

Round 3

  • 60 cal Bike
  • 40 Burpee
  • 60 Dumbbell Snatch
  • Max distance Run (in remaining time)
