The Balance Beam is designed for balance and stability training, enabling effective activation of the entire trunk musculature in both supine and abdominal positions. Its dimensions make it ideal for core-focused exercises, while also supporting and intensifying yoga and Pilates movements.

Intended purpose
AIREX® products are designed as movement therapy aids for both institutional and home use. When placed on the floor, the Balance-Beam provides stable support during medically indicated exercises aimed at improving balance, motor skills, and postural control. It is also suitable for therapeutic movement to address muscle weakness in the limbs and trunk resulting from neurological or orthopaedic conditions.
