The Details

The Plate Loaded Row is designed to deliver a powerful and controlled upper-body workout, targeting the back, shoulders, and arms with smooth, natural movement. Independent lever arms allow each side of the body to work separately, helping to correct muscular imbalances and promote balanced strength development.

A padded chest support stabilises the torso throughout the exercise, reducing strain on the lower back and ensuring proper rowing mechanics. The machine features both neutral and overhand grip options, enabling users to vary hand positioning to emphasise different muscle groups, including the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, and rear deltoids.

The adjustable seat uses a secure pin-and-frame system with 12 height settings, allowing users of different sizes to achieve the ideal training position. Dual textured footplates provide a stable foundation for maximum force production, while bearing-supported loading arms ensure exceptionally smooth and consistent motion under load.

Finished with durable chrome weight sleeves, this plate-loaded row combines robust engineering with ergonomic design, making it an excellent addition to premium home gyms, sports clubs, and hotel fitness facilities.

Features of the Plate Loaded Row

  • Adjustable Seat Height

The seat has 12 different height options, making it suitable for users of different sizes and mobility needs.

  • Bilateral Movement Arms

Independent lever arms allow each side of the body to move separately, encouraging balanced strength development and helping to address muscular imbalances. This bilateral design promotes a more natural rowing motion while ensuring both sides of the back work effectively throughout each repetition.

  • Multi-Grip Handle Options

Featuring both neutral and overhand grip positions, the Plate Loaded Row allows users to vary hand placement and target different areas of the upper back, shoulders, and arms for greater training versatility.
