DELIVERY & TRACKING

PALLET DELIVERY
All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
MANUFACTURED ITEMS
Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 25-35 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.
RETURNS
We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

What height of uprights are available and can I change these?
The uprights on our Goliath Wall Mounted Functional Rigs are 3.6m (high) and 2.4m (low), giving the rack a total height of 3.614m.

Does this gym rig come with bolts to secure to the floor?
Yes, our Goliath Wall Mounted Functional Rigs come with sleeve anchors which have been designed to bolt the rig to the ground.
What is the depth from the wall/between bays and can this be changed?
Bay depth from the wall - 1.14m (from outside of upright to the wall)
Width of squat bay - 1.2m (from outside of upright to outside of upright)

Can this rig be customised?
Yes, custom colour and brand plate options are available. Custom Wall Ball Targets are also available. Please note that this will increase lead time and cost
What colours are available?
9 Standard colours are available for our Goliath rigs/racks - Black, Yellow, Orange, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, Grey, White.
Are custom colours available?
Custom colours are available upon request. You can also match colours, however this will increase the lead time. Please get in touch for more information
Is it possible to add high uprights to an order?
Yes, uprights can be added as a custom manufacturing item. This is best done through our sales team.
What coating is on your pull-up bars / are your pull-up bars slippy? Can you do a raw bar?
Our pull up bars are coated in textured powdercoat and are not slippy. Yes, raw bars are available for our Goliath Range. Please get in touch for more information.
Is the Goliath Wall Mounted Functional Rig made to order?
Yes, the Goliath Wall Mounted Functional Rig is made to order and is manufactured in Belfast.
What is included with this rig?
One pair of J-Hooks per squat station is included with our Goliath Wall Mounted Functional Rigs. We also offer a range of attachments which are compatible with this gym rig.
