Adaptable, portable and reliable, the BLK BOX Wooden Gym Rings provide a natural, textured grip that performs well with or without chalk, allowing athletes to transition smoothly between movements.

Each set comes with heavy-duty black nylon straps, featuring a durable buckle system, offering quick setup and multiple length options to suit every athlete. The 32mm rings are the standard size used in CrossFit gyms.

These competition-grade wooden rings can be attached to the eyelets of a rig-mounted arm or wrapped around the pull up bar of a rig or rack.

Note: Open and close the clips 25 times before first use to ensure optimal grip efficiency.
