Providing world-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation, Lewin Sports Injury Clinic was designed to give every client access to the same standard of care and training environment trusted in elite sport.
Located in the East London and Essex region, the clinic was founded by cousins Gary and Colin Lewin, who bring decades of experience from the Premier League and international football. Having spent years leading physiotherapy departments at the highest level of the game, they set out to create a facility where professional athletes and everyday clients could benefit from the same expertise, equipment and approach to rehabilitation.
Their previous experience designing and equipping performance facilities during their time at Arsenal Football Club made BLK BOX the natural choice for the project. Familiar with the quality, durability and versatility of our equipment, Gary and Colin wanted to create a premium rehabilitation space that balanced functionality with efficient use of space.
Working within a 1,000 sq ft footprint, every piece of equipment was carefully selected to maximise versatility without compromising performance. The facility features a BLK BOX 1 Series Half Rack alongside integrated storage for Hex Dumbbells, Cast Iron Kettlebells, Medicine Balls and Utility Bumper Plates, creating an organised and efficient training environment.
To support rehabilitation across a wide range of sports and injuries, the space also includes Battle Ropes, Soft 3-in-1 Plyo Boxes, Wattbikes, Adjustable Benches and a dedicated Agility Turf lane. Together, these provide practitioners with the flexibility to progress clients from early-stage rehabilitation through to strength development, conditioning and return to performance.
Since opening, Lewin Sports Injury Clinic has become a trusted destination for athletes of all abilities. While many clients come from professional sport, including football, boxing, tennis, dance and climbing, the clinic is equally committed to helping recreational athletes recover, move better and perform with confidence.
