Reports To: UK Install and Service Manager
** This role involves travel throughout the UK on a regular basis **
The Role
This is new role for BLK BOX and will require you to shape and mould the role to deliver an effective outcome for the overall business.
This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to lead complex delivery projects with precision and efficiency while contributing positively to organisational success.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients, BLK BOX Sales and Operational teams, suppliers and sub-contractors to gather all project requirements and align on project scope
- Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to eliminate risks and ensure smooth delivery of installation
- Review site plans and drawings, flooring and equipment specifications and agreed internal layouts to ensure proper and safe installation on time and on budget
- Be alert to project status, product and date changes, risk assessments, milestone updates and post-installation reviews
- Work with the BLK BOX Sales, Projects, Design, Engineering and Install teams to complete site visits and technical reports on time and to standard
- Work with the entire BLK BOX team to develop installation plans and timelines for assigned projects
- When on site facilitate smooth communication between client, teams at BLK BOX HQ, BLK BOX install teams and any subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed to standard and schedule and work with BLK BOX Install Managers to solve problems and reduce schedule or budget risks
- Ensure all health, safety and quality standards are adhered to
The Ideal Candidate:
- Able to communicate with clients and subcontractors as required
- Resilient in the face of project challenges and creative in solving complex problems
- Has minimum 3 years of relevant technical project management experience
- Knowledge of fitness sector including cardio and strength equipment and general construction site operations
- Proficiency in project management techniques and tools
- Valid driving license and willing to travel to client sites as required
- The role requires both home/office based planning, on-site presence during key project phases and travel to HQ in N. Ireland
