BLK BOX Mindset Workout Semaine 17

Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

We had ATHX in this morning giving us a taste of our own medicine… safe to say they didn’t go easy on us.
