Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

With weather like that, we couldn't say no to moving the session outside.

Teams of 3:
Complete 1 round every 4 minutes for 10 rounds.

- 24 calories bike/ski/row
- 18 wall balls
- 4 syncro single arm devil press
- 3 syncro burpees

Every round, add 3 wall balls and 2 burpees.
