Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

  • 100 Cal Bike
  • 50 Burpee to Plate
  • 25 Sandbag Clean
  • Max Run (in remaining time)

Round 2

  • 100 Cal Row
  • 100 Wall Ball
  • 25 Devil Press
  • Max Bike (in remaining time)

Round 3

  • 100 Cal Ski
  • 100 Sit-up
  • 25 Sandbag Box Step Over
  • Max Sled Push (in remaining time)

Round 4

  • 800m Run
  • 100 Push-up
  • 50m Sandbag Walking Lunge
  • 25 Burpee to target
  • Max Cals (in remaining time)
