The Opportunity

As Country Manager for Spain, you will become the face of BLK BOX in the region, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive business development and the strategic management of key customer relationships across:

  • Commercial Fitness Operators
  • HYROX & Functional Training Studios
  • Elite & Professional Sport
  • Universities & Schools
  • Corporate Wellness & Hospitality

You will lead the full project lifecycle — from prospecting and facility consultation through to equipment specification, quotation, negotiation and project delivery.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role with responsibility for developing BLK BOX's long-term market presence in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development

  • Identify, develop and convert new B2B opportunities across the Spanish fitness and performance market.
  • Build and execute a territory growth plan aligned with BLK BOX's European revenue targets.
  • Establish relationships with gym operators, performance directors, procurement teams and developers.

Account Management

  • Manage and strategically grow a portfolio of key customers and partners.
  • Support rollout projects for multi-site operators.
  • Identify upsell opportunities including flooring, rigs, storage and cardio solutions.

Solution Selling

  • Consult customers on complete facility solutions.
  • Collaborate with the BLK BOX client design team on layout planning and equipment specification.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals and technical equipment recommendations.

Commercial Execution

  • Generate accurate quotations aligned with margin targets.
  • Design facilities using our gym design software.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value fit-out projects (€25k – €250k+).
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene within CRM and deliver accurate sales forecasting.

Brand & Market Presence

  • Represent BLK BOX at trade shows, partner events and industry activations.
  • Build local referral networks with coaches, consultants and architects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Your Profile:

  • Proven B2B field sales experience (fitness / sport / equipment preferred).
  • Track record of closing mid- to high-value commercial projects.
  • Strong network within the Spanish fitness or performance industry.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Fluent Spanish & English.
  • French speaking is desirable (Conversational French Speaking)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across territory.
  • Passion for strength training or performance sport desirable.
