The Role
Warehouse Returns Operative is responsible for keeping an accurate account of all Return’s Sales Orders ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate Inventory records within Warehouse and Manufacturing storage bin locations.
- Liaise with Sales to process all Returned Orders.
- Performing regular checks to ensure accuracy.
- Implementing inventory control procedures and best practices
- Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal

Liaise with Logistics & Install team to coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure all related documentation is correct and up to date.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy warehouse experience.
- Proven experience of Warehouse Management System.
- Competent use of our handheld scanning devices.
- Experience with Order Returns Process.
- Experience Cycle Counting.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Ability to work of their own initiative.
- Must have a driven positive Can Do attitude.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 07:15–16:00
- Friday: 07:15–13:30
