The Details

Designed for targeted lower-body training, this adjustable Sissy Squat Bench provides a stable and comfortable platform for developing quadriceps strength, muscular endurance, and functional lower-body performance.

The telescopic support system features four horizontal adjustment positions and six vertical height settings, allowing users of different sizes to achieve the ideal setup. High-density foam rollers and a padded leg support enhance comfort and stability throughout each repetition, while the integrated handle offers additional balance and confidence during exercise.

A durable steel frame construction ensures long-lasting performance, and the specially designed footplate provides secure positioning for safe and effective training. Resistance band holders integrated into the base enable additional exercise variations and progressive overload options.

Its compact, space-efficient design makes it an excellent addition to premium home gyms, sports clubs, and hotel fitness facilities where performance and floor space are equally important.
