Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

Light on numbers this morning with some of the team jetting off to FIBO in Cologne.

4 X 8-Minute AMRAP, in pairs.

Round 1

  • 400m Run (together)
  • 10 Cal Ski
  • 10 Cal Air Bike

(Add 5 Cals after each round)

Round 2

  • 400m Run (together)
  • 4 Devil Press
  • 4 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

(Add 2 reps after each round)

Round 3

  • 400m Run (together)
  • 10 Cal Row
  • 10 Wall Ball

(Add 5 reps/ cals after each round)

Round 4

  • 400m Run (together)
  • 4 Burpee Box Jump Over
  • 4 Goblet Squat

(Add 2 reps after each round)
