Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

3 x 10-Minute EMOM, 30 Minutes Individual Work  

EMOM 1

Odd Minutes: 20 Wall Balls

Even Minutes: 15m Burpee Broad Jumps

 

EMOM 2

Odd Minutes: 15 Dual Dumbbell Reverse Lunges

Even Minutes: 15 Dumbbell Clean & Jerk

 

EMOM 3

Odd Minutes: 12 Box Step-Up

Even Minutes: 12/15 Cal Ski

 

Notes

Complete all reps within the minute, rest

until the next minute starts

Choose dumbbell weight that allows

consistent movement

Maintain steady pacing throughout all 30

minutes

Suggested calories:

Women: 12 cal / Men: 15 cal
