Spring Mindset gave our community the chance to experience first-hand what has become a core part of life at BLK BOX HQ.
Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and trains together. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (although there’s always a bit of healthy competition). It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and getting better side by side. These sessions are built on our Pursuit of Better, the belief that progress doesn’t happen alone, and that discipline and consistency will always outperform motivation.
On Sunday, we opened the doors and invited others to be part of that experience. From the first warm-up to the final workout, the energy in the gym reflected exactly what Mindset is all about: hard work, accountability, and a shared commitment to improving together.
We partnered with Slim’s Healthy Kitchen to keep everyone fuelled with coffee, protein snacks, yoghurts, and a freshly prepared meal to take away after the session.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and brought the right attitude to the floor. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

Round 1
- 800m Run
- 30 Calorie Ski
- 30 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
Round 2
- 800m Run
- 30 Calorie C2 Bike
- 30 Sandbag Reverse Lunges
Round 3
- 800m Run
- 30 Calorie Row
- 30 Wall Ball
Round 4
- 800m Run
- 30 Box Jump/Step Overs
- 100m Sandbag Carry (4 x 25m)
Notes
Work in pairs within your team of 4.
One pair runs together while the other pair completes the station work, splitting reps as needed.
When the running pair returns, switch immediately:
- Pair 1 runs, Pair 2 works
- Pair 2 runs, Pair 1 continues from where Pair 2 left off
Continue alternating until the 12-minute time cap is reached, then move directly to the next round.
One pair should be running at all times throughout the full 48-minute workout.
