Starter and Essential Bundles cover a rack or squat stand, an Olympic barbell and plates; 1 Series Bundles add a half rack and adjustable bench; and complete setups such as the Rack and Cable Column Bundle add cable training and storage. Choose the bundle that covers the lifts you'll do now, then add to it as your training develops.

Each bundle lists its equipment on the product page. For example, the 1 Series Home Gym Bundle includes the 1 Series Half Rack, 1 Series Adjustable Bench, Belfast 7ft Olympic Barbell, 100kg of Heavy Duty Impact Bumper Plates and Lock Jaw Collars.

Delivery is free on orders over £500 across the UK, and larger orders arrive on a pallet to the kerbside. Racks and benches are delivered flat-packed and need assembling, with installation guides available online.

BLK BOX racks are modular, so attachments, storage and cable columns can be added later, and plates and dumbbells can be added as you get stronger, without replacing the whole setup.

Yes. Each bundle is specified as a matched setup: the Olympic plates fit the bundled barbell, and the barbell suits the rack's J-hooks.

Check the rack height against your ceiling (the 1 Series Half Rack comes in 2.2m and 2.4m) and allow working space around the footprint. For tight spaces, the Space Saver Bundle's rack folds flat against the wall.
