What’s my grip size?
To measure your hand size, you will need a ruler. The measurement is taken from the wrist to the fingers. The next step is to choose between Size 1 (protect your hand) and Size 2 (protect your fingers or make a fold).

Which is better 2 or 3 holes?
The 2 holes grips are more than enough for most people, but if you prefer having the whole hand covered, the 3 holes ones will work.
How do I clean my grips
If your grips start to smell, they will need to be washed carefully by hand. We advise that you should not put your grips through the washing machine.
Do you have to give some special care to the grips?
It is not necessary, although we do recommend placing moisturiser around the rims to allow them to soften.
