Where Is My Order?

At BLK BOX we aim to dispatch in stock items within 48hours. The lead times for Stock, Manufactured items and Country lead times are detailed below;

Stock items:
 Within 3-5 business days

- Example items; Hex Dumbbells,Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Skipping Ropes

Manufactured items: 15-30 business days

- Example items; Utility Squat Stand, Goliath Half Rack, Wall Mounted Barbell Hanger

What is a Manufactured Item?

At BLK BOX we manufacture a lot of our own metalwork for our Rigs, Racks and Attachments to ensure high quality kit is provided for our clients.

Items which are not manufactured here in Belfast include;

Olympic Bars, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Mats, Bumper Plates etc.

What Are Manufacturing Lead Times?

Blackout Range: In stock for dispatch in 48 hours and delivery in 2-7 working days (depending on your location).  

Goliath Range: 15-30 working day manufacturing lead time

Samson Range: 15-30 working day manufacturing lead time

Nexus Range: 15-30 working day manufacturing lead time

Custom Items: Up to 50 working days manufacturing lead time

I Have Recieved Damaged Items?

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed your order in the last 24-48 hours and wish to cancel please contact our team via Livechat, email team@blkboxfitness.com or give our team a call on 02890454123. Please be aware if it has been more than 48 hours your order have already been shipped from our warehouse.

How Do I Return My Order?

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware all goods must be in a new resalable condition; the product must not be defective or used by the client and must contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.

If you could please repackage the item, fill in and include the Returns Form and mark the package with the address below. Once this is completed if you can arrange a courier to return the items to BLK BOX Returns.

Please be aware any costs for returning an item must be covered by you the client (unless the product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect item).

We hope that you are happy with your BLK BOX products. However, at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. If this happens you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange.

What Are Your Warranty Terms?

All BLK BOX branded equipment is covered by a limited 12-month warranty.

All metalwork or manufactured items are covered by a lifetime guarantee.

Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.

What are Your Terms & Conditions on Returns?

All goods must be in a new resalable condition the product must not be defective or used by the client and contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.

• We may decline a return or exchange during the process if the items returned have been damaged or any of the above stipulations have not been met.  

• We will only refund a delivery charge when there has been a direct error in the delivery process. Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries within a reasonable timeframe.

• Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected.

• Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.

• Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available in stock.

• This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and item must not be in used in that period. -If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product, and place a new order.

• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

• It sometimes takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

• Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Can I have some information on your containers?

The BLK BOX container solutions are available using either a10, or 20ft steel container. Steel containers in both sizes are available as brand-new containers, or as second-hand containers.

The container size and state you choose, can then be painted in your colour of choice. (RAAL TBC by yourself)

If you opt for a 10 ft container, one 1-Bay Wall Mounted rig can be installed on either side of the container(Total: 2 bays). On the 20ft option, one 2-bay Wall Mounted rig can be installed on either side of the container (Total: 4 Bays). As well as our wall mounted rigs, weight plate storage, barbell hangers, all wall mounted attachments are also available. However, unlike metal work that would be installed inside; all metalwork for use on/in your container will have to be galvanised to prevent oxidisation from occurring.

Lead time from payment is roughly 12 weeks and we will keep you informed, when required, during the process.
