Häufig gestellte Fragen

What is a wall ball target?

A wall ball target is a designated spot on the wall or attached equipment that provides athletes with a consistent point to aim for during wall ball exercises.

What is the standard height for a wall ball target?

The standard wall ball target height is typically 2.7m (9 feet) for women and 3m (10 feet) for men, in line with functional fitness competition standards like CrossFit.

Is the wall-mounted target compatible with all wall types?

The target must be mounted to a solid, load-bearing wall such as concrete or brick. It is not suitable for plasterboard or non-structural walls.

What’s the difference between the wall-mounted and rig-mounted wall ball targets?

The wall-mounted version is fixed directly to a solid wall, saving floor space and offering a permanent solution. Rig-mounted targets attach to a rack or rig and may be more flexible depending on your setup.

Is the wall-mounted wall ball target suitable for home gyms?

Yes, it’s a great choice for home gyms with solid wall space, offering a compact and durable solution for wall ball training.
