As BLK BOX continues to grow and dominate the gym equipment market, the reliance on an efficient and effective delivery service is crucial to ensure BLK BOX continue to deliver on our promises to our clients. We are now looking to add an Administrator to our Logistics Team to provide vital operational support to ensure that BLK BOX delivers quality products to our clients on time. The ideal person will be hard working, organised and have an outstanding ability to work in a fast moving environment.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are booked correctly on the relevant courier systems.

• Planning shipments based on both operational and client requests.

• Tracking orders with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assist the customer service department with logistic queries.

• Liaise with all departments to identify logistic requirements.

• Liaise and develop good working relationships with our logistic suppliers.

• Preparing shipping documents.

• Providing administrative support to other departments when required.

ATTRIBUTES

• Experience working in a logistics based role.

• Organised with an outstanding ability to multi-task and constantly prioritise with an often-conflicting workload.

• Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions at all levels.

• A trouble shooter, with a solution orientated approach.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Methodical and logical approach to tasks and systems.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times, even with the most routine tasks.

• Excellent IT competency, specifically with MS Office.

• You’ll have a positive approach and your ‘can do’ thinking will mean you’re always keen to excel.

• Team player, with the willingness to support colleagues where needed.

• Passionate about the fitness industry.

At BLK BOX our sales team are more than just salespeople – they are trusted advisors. We are deeply client centric and design every facility with a user-centred design methodology, assessing the needs and training philosophies for both our clients and their clientele. We are looking for a key accounts coordinator to retain and grow our client database through drive, commitment, and excellent levels of account management and client service. The ideal person must be strong at developing relationships and have a track record of consistently over achieving targets.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Manage and develop relationships with current and new BLKBOX account clients to make them (more) successful.

• Consult and work out the best solution based on client’s needs, providing the best expert advice on our products and facility design.

• Serve as contact point for key account clients and internal teams.

• Become an expert in our products and offerings.

• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client needs.

• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.

• Generate new key account business opportunities.

• Produce equipment proposals, presentations for clients, writing tenders etc.

ATTRIBUTES

• Experience working in an administrative and/or sales-oriented support capacity.

• Previous key account management experience.

• Organised with an outstanding ability to multi-task and constantly prioritise with an often-conflicting workload.

• An energetic, confident and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport and comfortable with all forms of communication i.e. telephone, email, face to face meetings etc.

• Ability to identify client needs and passionate about exceeding client expectations.

• Be highly methodical and take ownership of a project, seeing it through to completion with the highest attention to detail.

• A trouble shooter, with a solution orientated approach.

• You’ll have a positive approach and your ‘can do’ thinking will mean you’re always keen to excel.

• A genuine appreciation of the impact of world class client service, and the desire to deliver at an industry-best standard.
