The Role

We’re searching for a commercially savvy, detail-driven procurement professional who thrives on building strategic supplier partnerships and delivering real value.

As our Commercial Buyer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things procurement at BLK BOX. This isn’t a reactive ordering role — you’ll take ownership of your categories, use data and ERP tools to inform decisions, and lead initiatives that strengthen our global sourcing, improve supply resilience, and keep our material flows world class.

If you’ve got sharp negotiation skills, an analytical mind, and the drive to make things happen under pressure, in a fast-moving industry — we want you on our team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle — sourcing, negotiating, ordering, and expediting for your assigned categories.
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that deliver quality, value, and long-term performance.
  • Use ERP and reporting tools to drive data-led decision-making and process improvements.
  • Lead strategies that optimise cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.

 

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Hold a relevant degree and/or bring 3+ years of procurement expertise — we’re looking for proven talent.
  • Bring strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Have a track record of delivering value in a procurement setting.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious, and supportive team environment.
