We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our marketing team at our Belfast HQ. This is an in-house creative role, perfect for an ambitious early-career designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fresh, impactful visuals. From updating presentations and social graphics to paid ads, email layouts and image editing, this role offers the chance to develop a wide-ranging design skillset in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Support the marketing team with day-to-day design needs, from social media graphics to email tweaks.
Create assets for campaigns and brand activity including social media, paid ads, landing pages, emails, site banners, events, catalogues and presentations.
Ensure BLK BOX’s visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints, internal and external.
Assist with image editing and manipulation to enhance photography and marketing materials.
Contribute ideas and design support from initial brief through to delivery on key campaigns.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

Some proven design experience (freelance, internship or in-house).
Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
Ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines.
Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive, can-do mindset – you take ownership, not just briefs.

Bonus If You Also Have…

Motion graphics or video editing experience.
Experience designing for paid media campaigns.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
An interest in sport, fitness or performance.
