Sales Support
Location: BLK BOX HQ
At BLK BOX, our sales team is made up of experienced coaches, athletes, consultants, and engineers who advise a wide range of clients across the world on how to design their gym facilities. We are deeply client-centric and design every facility with a user-centred methodology, assessing the needs and training philosophies for both our clients and their clientele. Our clients range from independent gym owners with limited budgets who require maximum ROI, to top S&C coaches in the world where we ensure the highest standard of training facilities for elite athletes.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join this team and support our Business Development Managers in creating world-class training facilities. You need to be a detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills and a passion for the fitness industry. In this role, you will be working directly with our Business Development Managers and provide full support to them.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with our sales team and provide all necessary administrative support and assistance.
- Prepare quotes and occasionally gym facility layouts using our software.
- Maintain our CRM and ERP to ensure records are kept up to date.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
- Check product availability for orders.
- Communicate with clients about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
- Support other team members to meet client expectations and represent the company professionally.
- Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day functions such as producing reports.
- Become an expert in our products and service.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client needs.
The Ideal Person
- Passionate about the sports and fitness industry with knowledge of fitness equipment.
- Experience in an administrative and/or sales-oriented support capacity.
- An energetic, confident, and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Ambitious, driven, and hard-working.
- Client-focused with a genuine goal to help clients succeed.
- Highly methodical, taking ownership of projects from start to finish with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team ethos, always willing to support co-workers.
- Positive approach and “can do” attitude, eager to excel and grow with the company.
- Degree-educated or with experience in selling fitness equipment is beneficial but not essential.
